Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Punkémon gear, but if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Here’s how to get it sorted:
Contact Us: Email us at thepit@punkemon.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and some pics of the damage. We want to see it too!
Return Authorization: After we take a look at the pics and info, we’ll give you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the next steps.
Return Shipping: Once you’ve got your RA number, pack up the item and ship it back to us (we’ll give you the address). Return shipping is on you unless we messed up your order, in which case we’ll cover it.
We’ll Handle It: Once we get the return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or replacement. Refunds will go back to the original payment method.
Please note: We don’t do returns for size or color mistakes—make sure to check the sizing chart before ordering. We’re all about the made-to-order life.
